Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In its original packaging

• Returned with proof of purchase or order information

Items that are used, damaged, altered, washed, or missing parts for reasons not caused by Lux Decor Collection may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Lux Decor Collection.
